Good organization of work with the client. We met at the airport, quickly signed a contract, got a BMW 320 and drove off. Also easy and timely handed over the car. There were no problems with the car, so I didn’t have to apply during the rental period.

Very good value for money car hire. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a few issues with our first car but these were sorted very quickly and effeciently by MOTOROADS. I would definately use again for my holidays next year.

Very pleased with the professional and efficient service when hiring a car. The major companies were closing before our late Sunday evening flight arrived at Bourgas and were not interested in our booking. MOTOROADS were more than happy to have the car waiting at the airport at 11. 30pm on the Sunday and we were met at the arrivals gate by a very friendly man. Everything was explained in clear English and the one query we had during our rental was dealt with immediately and to our full satisfaction. The car was a bit older than some of the bigger rental companies use, but was also far cheaper, and to be honest I was renting for 2 weeks, not buying it. Overall, very impressed and have already recommended to colleagues.

we hired a 5 +2 zafira for 2 weeks and picked it up at sofia airport. The pick up was totally painless with the rep. waiting for us with a large sign with my name on it. On returning the car at the airport I made a mistake and took it to the wrong pick up place but 1 phone call later it was sorted. I have hired before in Bulgaria with problems but MotorRoads were excellent. 10/10.
