PROS: Used Sofia to Samokov airport transfer 2 or 3 times a year in the ski season. Always waiting as you arrive and drivers friendly and drive according to the conditions so no issue with safety in the snow and ice. Happy to stop enroute at a shop to stock up also Great service and using again in 2 weeks for third time this season.
CONS: Non so far and been using Motoroads for 10 years

PROS: Lovely service, we use them all the time and we’ve never had a problem. Best costumer service. Lovely and smiley people waiting at the airport. Quick with the paper work. I really recommend MOTOROADS to everyone. All my family use them and willl keep using it. Extremely happy

PROS: Back from a wonderful week in Andalusien. Thanks to Francisco from Málaga office for the excellent and quite unique support. He was simply great! The booking went very well and without any problem. I received immediate feedback after booking. I can recommend it to everybody!

PROS: I hired a car in Ruse and I was very pleased with the quality of the car, the communication with your team and the good functionality of your page. The car was delivered in time and without any remarks in its condition. Afterwards I had to extend the rent for two days - it was very easy - I made an e-mail request and got the confirmation after 2 hours. My only recommendation is adding functionality to your site to pay your credit card balance. This would be extra convenience when the car is rented from an address or smaller cities and there is no physical credit card terminal available. Thanks again for the great service! I will certainly use your services again on the next car hire in Bulgaria.

PROS: We are renting already a few times and each time the service is excellent. Friendly stuff, flexible with our issues, punctual and professional. We have always ordered meet and greet service at Sofia or Plovdiv airport and the teams in all cases are trustworthy. They wait for us no matter if there is a delayed flight or not. Easy documents arrangements also. We would highly recommend to anyone that need a car.

PROS: Strongly recommended this rental company, I rented a car for a month. Prices are very good. The service was fast as well as the car was in excellent condition. I had to deposit a small logic amount in compare to other companies wanted 3 or 4 times more. My cash deposit was returned to me as soon as I returned the car as I should. Friendly stuff who answers your questions as fast as possible. If I visit Bulgaria one more time I will definitely rent a car from them again.
